Victoria Orlikova

Victoria teaches yoga as a pathway inward — a place to soften the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and remember the quiet wisdom that already lives within.

Her intention in every class is to create a warm, judgment-free space where students feel safe to slow down, breathe deeply, and explore their own internal landscape. Whether she’s guiding Yin, Gentle flow, or a mindful Vinyasa practice, Victoria approaches yoga as moving meditation — a practice of self-listening and compassionate awareness.

Yoga first became part of her life more than a decade ago as a tool for healing and self-discovery. Since then, she has completed extensive training in both Hatha and Yin Yoga, along with continuing education in holistic health coaching and wellness. What began as personal study has evolved into a calling to help others feel more grounded, supported, and at home within themselves.

Victoria believes that nothing within you needs fixing — yoga simply reminds you of what’s already whole. All are welcome in her classes, exactly as they are.
