I’m so happy to have Bryan back outside of his once a year annual Thanksgiving Day practice, having him back mid-year is a rare and very happy surprise. If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to practice with Bryan (or to come back for more), this is it.
This Master Class is a well-rounded, intelligently sequenced, flowing asana practice infused with insight, humor, and deep wisdom earned over nearly 40 years of teaching. Expect a dynamic physical practice that invigorates the body while cultivating a calm, steady, and less reactive state of mind, because what’s happening upstairs matters just as much as what’s happening in your hamstrings.
This is more than a class; it’s a short immersion in the practice of yoga. Bryan invites students to focus on the process rather than the end result, creating space for all levels of practitioners to participate fully and benefit deeply. The physical practice becomes a laboratory for strengthening qualities of mind that directly impact our health and happiness; calmness, patience, focus, gratitude, humility, and acceptance, while gently loosening the grip of judgment, competitiveness, distraction, and reactivity.
Our mat, it turns out, is excellent life training.
The experience includes a 45-minute lecture followed by a 2-hour asana and meditation practice, seamlessly woven together in Bryan’s signature teaching style; direct, insightful, occasionally funny, and always grounded in real life. Words can describe it, but they can’t replace it. You’ll have to come feel it for yourself.
All levels welcome. Curiosity encouraged. Expectations optional.
The Journey Inward
a 3-part Yin Yoga Masterclass
JUNE 8, 9, 10 | 7-9pm
Join me in Glasgow, Scotland for a special three-evening Yin Yoga Masterclass, an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom already within you. Each evening we’ll explore a different physical and energetic area of the body through long-held, mindful Yin practices.
Session One: The Spine | working with the central channel of the body and the home of the chakra system.
Session Two: Neck & Shoulders | releasing tension around self-expression and what we may have held back.
Session Three: The Hips | a space where many of us store past hurts, as we gently work with patterns connected to boundaries and pleasure.
If you’re nearby, it’s a wonderful chance to spend three nourishing evenings in practice together. And if you’re traveling in, Glasgow is a vibrant, fun city to explore, making it the perfect place for a little yoga and adventure. I’d love to share this experience with you.
*once you register - we will reach out to complete registration & collect payment.

I invite you to take this journey of self realization with me. For ten years I have had the privilege of sharing my passion for yoga with hundreds of people that wanted a deeper understanding of this ancient practice. Some have gone on to become very successful teachers and others have stepped into a life long relationship with being a student. What a great honor it is to pass down the wisdom and teachings of Vinyasa Yoga. I am so proud of the teachers that have come before me and take the responsibility of honoring them seriously, as I pass on these teachings to the next generation of yogi’s. I offer 200 hour Yin and 200 hour Vinyasa trainings as well as an advanced level 300+ mentoring program. I believe in the tradition of mentoring and that you must find a teacher that you want to emulate. The key is to discover a course that connects with your intention. My goal to have you fall so in love with yoga that it overflows into every aspect of your life.
