Hillsboro Beach Relax and Renew Retreat

Since 2010 I have been traveling and teaching all over the world. I am beyond grateful for the excitement and demand we had for retreats this year. We have visited a variety of places together and this time I am sticking close to home. I  realized that we live in paradise! People come from all over the world to visit South Florida's Beaches, so my next retreat will be right here on our beautiful Hillsboro Mile. 

I have partnered with the Hillsboro Beach Resort to create a long weekend getaway just a few miles from home. We will practice yoga and meditation daily, have a sound bath Saturday night, do paddle boarding & kayaking in our free time, or simply relax on the beach or swim in the beautiful pool.  I have worked with the chef to curate a special menu with vegan and vegetarian options. This is a chance to relax and renew in a newly updated boutique hotel right here on the beach and everything is included. 

Are you ready to step out of your regular routine and get away from the stress of everyday life?  Is it time to treat yourself to some really needed self care, then this weekend getaway is for you!!! We are going to move and breathe everyday... eat healthy meals...relax and enjoy each other’s company... watch the sunrise and remember our connection to nature.  

No airfare for locals and of course anyone is welcome to fly in (FLL closest airport) and retreat for the weekend. Check in is 4:00, I hope you will join me from Thursday to Sunday 10/27-10/30 and indulge in a little time for yourself.
