Find Your Practice

There’s no one right way to practice yoga. The best class is the one that meets you where you are — and the best teacher may be the one whose approach, pace, and style simply feels right for you.

At Yoga Journey, we offer a variety of classes and teachers, each with their own perspective and way of guiding the practice. Whether you’re looking to move, build strength, slow down, explore something new, or simply create a little more space in your day, there’s a place for you here.

If you’re new to Yoga Journey, our 2-Week Special for New & Local Students is a great way to explore. Take as many classes as you like during your two weeks and experience different styles, teachers, and approaches. Give yourself the time to try a little of everything and discover what feels right for you.

Start exploring below, find a class that speaks to you, and then check the schedule to see when it’s happening. We’ll see you on the mat.

- MOVE -

Vinyasa

An all-levels practice that connects breath and movement through thoughtful, creative sequencing. Move with intention as you build strength, flexibility, balance, and ease while exploring and expanding your practice.

While all Vinyasa classes are open to all levels, some are more challenging than others. For a stronger, more dynamic practice, try 6:00pm, Wednesday and Friday at 9:15am or 11:00am, Saturday at 10:00am, or Sunday at 8:30am or 10:00am.

Looking for a slower-paced practice that still offers strength and movement? Try Monday at 11:00am, Tuesday or Thursday at 8:00am, or Saturday at 8:30am.

Functional Flow

Experience yoga through the lens of functional movement and physical therapy. This all-levels class blends mindful breath, intelligent movement, and modern biomechanics to build strength, stability, and mobility while supporting sustainable movement patterns for everyday life.

Katonah Yoga® Inspired Flow

Inspired by the methodology of Katonah Yoga®, this practice brings together classical yoga, Taoist philosophy, sacred geometry, metaphor, and imagination. Expect creative use of props, breathwork, exploration of shapes and patterns, and thoughtful dialogue that invites you to look at your practice and yourself in new ways.

 - SLOW DOWN -

Yin

A quiet, meditative practice built around longer-held postures, slow movement, and a deeper connection to the breath. Yin invites you to turn inward, explore stillness, and create space for both body and mind. Appropriate for all levels.

Gentle Flow

A slower-paced practice that blends mindful breath with gentle, flowing movement to improve mobility, build strength, and release tension. Supportive props and modifications make this a welcoming practice for all levels, inviting you to move with ease, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling refreshed and balanced.

Gentle Yin

A calming practice that blends gentle movement with the longer-held postures of Yin. Expect mindful stretching, occasional standing and balance work, and supported poses designed to encourage mobility, flexibility, and relaxation. With plenty of options to modify, this nurturing practice invites you to slow down, move with intention, and leave feeling refreshed.

 - STRENGTH + MOVEMENT -

Mat Pilates

- REST + RESET -

Sound Healing

Relax and restore with a soothing Sound Bath designed to guide you into deep rest. Settle in with blankets and let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls wash over you, with gongs and other instruments sometimes woven into the experience. No experience needed, simply come ready to rest.

Meditation

A guided meditation practice offering space to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself. Each meditation may take a different approach, from breath and awareness to guided visualization and quiet reflection. Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, all are welcome.

 - Pre/Postnatal Yoga -

A supportive practice designed to meet you through both pregnancy and the postpartum transition. Through mindful movement, breathwork, strengthening, and relaxation, you’ll have space to connect with your body, nurture yourself, and adapt to the changes happening along the way.

Our Pre/Postnatal class brings both expectant and new mothers together, allowing a supportive community to develop and continue throughout pregnancy and into postpartum. Whether you’re preparing for birth, adjusting to life with a new baby, or somewhere in between, you’ll find space to move, connect, and be supported by others sharing this chapter.

Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

 - COMMUNITY + CONNECTION -

Book Club

More than a book club, this is a space to explore the many layers of yoga and come together in conversation. Topics range from yoga theory and philosophy to social issues, current ideas, and so much more. The conversation changes from week to week, and guest teachers are occasionally invited to share their knowledge and perspective on special topics.

This is a donation-based gathering, with contributions supporting the Yoga Journey Teacher Training Scholarship Fund.

No particular experience or background is needed — just bring your curiosity and an openness to explore.

Yoga in the Park

Saturdays at 9:00am · Sanborn Square, Boca Raton

For many years, Leslie has gathered the Yoga Journey community in Sanborn Square every Saturday morning for a practice rooted in movement, breath, and connection.

What began as a community class has grown into a beautiful weekly gathering, with 200–300 people coming together to practice outdoors. Whether you’re a longtime student or joining us for the first time, Yoga in the Park is an opportunity to step outside, move your body, breathe deeply, and be part of something bigger than yourself.

Can't make it to the park? You can also join the practice from wherever you are through Leslie's live Facebook stream, or practice anytime with the recorded class and an extensive library of classes on Leslie Glickman Yoga YouTube channel.

Yoga in the Park is a donation-based class. If you'd like to contribute to the Yoga Journey Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, you can register for the park class and make a donation.
